Opened August 2023, a 1-bedroomed sea view annex compromising of 1 bedroom with ensuite with aquariums. Separate adjacent kitchen/dining/living area and observatory to the bedroom. Separate laundry room, drying room for hiking, fishing, shooting and outdoor seating areas with both sea and nature reserve views.

The local pub and restaurant including the local shop is either approximately 15 minutes’ walk over the clifftop or approximately a 3-minute drive. Varying takeaway deliveries are available directly to your holiday home and menus are provided. Both Asda and Tesco will also deliver for longer stays if required. Close to the Whiskey trail, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and much more. Local specialised and award winning restaurants including steak and fish or Chinese / Indian and so forth are all available locally within 10 minutes drive. We are firearm holders and therefore a cabinet is available for gun storage.

Relax and enjoy the natural beautiful settings, take a stroll down the historic donkey path, direct to the beach, used in past times by the salmon fishermen, or take a drive to one of Scotland’s treasured local castles, or just sit back and watch the dolphins in St. Cyrus beach bay from the windows, garden or patio. Please note that the beach access is not really suitable for anyone with disabilities. Continental breakfast may be booked in advance and your requirements will be located in the fridge for your use with an additional charge applied.
